KidSingers has shaped my values. Through its pledge, I’ve learned the importance of showing respect and treating people the way I want to be treated as well as taking responsibility for my actions. These lessons have guided me through challenges, teaching me to reflect, adjust, and keep moving forward instead of giving up. I’ve grown thanks to the mentors and friends I’ve met, as they have helped me feel comfortable expressing myself and taught me both commitment and musical growth.

As I complete my final year in KidSingers after ten years in the program, I realize just how much it has helped me grow more confident. I’ve learned how to express myself through music, developing skills like using facial expressions and emotions while singing, so the audience can truly understand the story behind each song. Being able to connect with people in this way is something I will carry with me throughout my entire life.
